Tattoo Factory of Hickory offers tiny tattoos for $25.

TINY TATTOO SPECS:

1" x 1" (about the size of a quarter)
1 color (black) ink (add a color for an additional $10)
2 dimensional (2D) design, line work or solid, no shading.
You may double the size for an additional $15.
